David Bricknell
BSc(Hons) MBA CEng MIET
David has been retained by TenderSmart Limited to assist in its transformation from AirportSmart. After graduating with an Engineering Degree he spent 12 years working for the tier-1 automotive and aerospace supplier Lucas Industries in a variety of engineering, program management, supply chain development, sales and corporate strategy roles. While at Lucas, David was seconded to work in the USA on two occasions and also spent three years living in South Korea as Lucas' Resident Engineer developing local suppliers. From Lucas, David become Asia Business Development Director for the USA based automotive airbag and safety-belt supplier Breed Technologies.
Excited in 2000 by the opportunities the internet offered in improving management of the supply-chain, David joined ex-Lucas and Airbus colleagues in setting up SynerDeal, a major provider of eSourcing solutions and consultancy. David was Chief Operating Officer of AirportSmart from its launch in 2004 until 2008.

Frederic Garat
MSc
Frederic is Operations Manager for TenderSmart, responsible for supporting the Buyer communities and developing portal technology. He has a Diploma in Business Studies from the Paris Chamber of Commerce Business School and an MSc in European Marketing and Languages from Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland). Frederic was a founding member of France's first B2B marketplace where he worked as Sourcing Manager. From January 2001, he worked as a Consultant for cost reduction agency where he had specific responsibility for implementing eAuctions at clients. Frederic joined AirportSmart in September 2004.

Christian Carbines
Christian joined Heathrow Airport Limited in January 2011 and is responsible for E-Procurement initiatives across Heathrow Airport Limited. Prior to joining Heathrow Airport Limited, Christian spent seven years at Network Rail. Two of those years in the role of E-Procurement Catalogue Manager, focusing on Oracle P2P to enable and support wide-ranging transformation within E-Procurement. Christian was a member of the Process & Systems team which successfully won the CIPS Supply Management Award 2009 Best Process Improvement Initiative.
